Our Story
Why we started Enduring Venture.
We watched private equity change the landscape for small business owners — and not for the better. Too many good businesses getting scooped up by firms that treat them like portfolio entries. We think the people who built those businesses deserve better options.
So we built one. Enduring Venture is a family firm. We're not managing other people's money or answering to a board. We're buying businesses because we want to run them — and because we think owner-operated, community-rooted businesses are worth fighting for.
